“Great family holiday”
Was a nice clean hotel food was good something for everyone can’t fault anything staff was friendly pools were spotless pool bar great had a lovely room looking over the sea view was fantastic would definitely use use this hotel again telly recommend it.

We arrived on the Tuesday evening at 11 pm They kept the bar open so we could go get a drink and also laid cold food on for the late arrived. First time at the Felipe. Smaller hotel than the Fantasia and Akumal and far better than the 'luxury' Akumal. Staff very welcoming and Gemma very helpful.
